We have had a wonderful experience with the staff at this bank. We moved our account there soon after they opened and the people are super helpful, especially when with problems, large or small.
I went to this branch's drive thru to withdraw some money and requested it be in hundreds the teller said she didnt have and had to go to the back and get it. I kindly requested she do that but all i got was a nasty look, and told me i have to wait till she finishes with other customers and that i will take long cause she needs to go in the back.
So basically I am not a customer who she needs to attend to and I forgot that yhe bank is a huge warehouse that it will take her forever
Because I Don't have an account they wouldn't break $100, I will not have an account just for that reason!!!
I got there 20 to 6 and they were closed. The website and store say they close at 6.
Any other branch!! Employees unhelpful curt and officer I talked to on phone did not do as promised. I frequent other branch (HIcksville) where it is VERY different.
